Capital City Industries Utility Strap

The CCI Utility Strap was designed after the release of our radio strap. It keeps the same dimensions as the regular length strap, but with a few modifications.

Whereas the Radio Strap was designed for maximum comfort, the Utility Strap features thicker nylon webbing for more rigidity and to keep its shape. It is meant to be worn on the outside of bunker gear. There are also 4 tabs of PALS/MOLLE webbing, instead of the standard 2 on the Radio Strap. This was added so that the user can add a modular pouch further away from the COBRA buckle, or if the pouch they decide to use is long in nature such as a dive knife setup. 

A 1.5 inch COBRA buckle is utilized for the front side adjustment, and also in the event the strap needs to be disconnected immediately. The user can keep the strap wide open when donning with bunker gear, and then instantly tighten the strap close to the body to keep their box light/imager/hydra-ram from swinging around.

Non-swivel HK style snap hooks attach the strap to the desired tool. These can be changed out for carabiners, swivel trigger snaps, etc - all on the user's end if they desire. The ends of the Utility Strap are passed through heavy duty metal slides, and can be removed to change out the hooks.

The Utility Strap can also be decontaminated by running it through an extractor or washing machine with a soft detergent.
