One of the lightest helmets in the MSA Cairns lineup, the Cairns 664 Invader Composite Fire Helmet delivers dependable structural protection in a lightweight, well-balanced design. Built with through-color DuraGlas® composite construction, the 664 offers exceptional durability, all-day comfort, and long-term wear resistance without the maintenance concerns of painted shells.
Designed as a modern-style helmet similar to the popular 660C Metro, the 664 shares the same trusted internal components and accessory compatibility. The primary difference is the shell construction—using through-color DuraGlas means scratches and wear do not expose underlying material, helping maintain a clean, professional appearance throughout the helmet’s service life.
