Constructed with a compression-molded fiberglass shell and thermoset resin, the Fire-Dex 1910 provides exceptional flame resistance, thermal protection, and rugged performance during structural firefighting operations.
Designed for balance, comfort, and compatibility with modern PPE, this traditional-style helmet features a flared rear brim for improved runoff protection and a reinforced ribbed dome design that enhances strength and structural integrity. The adjustable ratchet suspension system and SCBA-compatible headband allow firefighters to achieve a secure, customized fit during demanding operations.

Helmet Shell Construction
- Composite fiberglass shell reinforced with thermoset resin
- Color pigmentation molded directly into the resin for long-term durability
- Matte finish reduces glare and provides professional appearance

Impact Liner and Suspension System
- High heat-resistant inner shell with urethane foam liner
- Hook-and-loop attachment secures liner to helmet shell

- Three nylon suspension straps attach to six anchor points for stability
- Six-point tie suspension system allows ride height adjustment for improved balance
Headband and Fit System
- Ratchet sizing system attached to heat-resistant nylon headband
