Great tool I’m just shocked at how much the price went up in the last few years since I bought mine…

    Keys to the city

I'm an engine guy, but I do love the Pro-Bar. In the hands of a skilled and determined fireman, there aren't many doors it can't defeat. Very satisfying to feel that door crush beneath the 15:1 mechanical advantage. The real ones know, the 30-inch Pro Bar is where it's at for forcible entry.

I've always loved a Halligan. Swing it like a baseball bat, sink the claw into the jam, and and drop your hip on the fork.

    The standard

There is a reason all other entry bars are judged off of the ProBar. I completed the necessary modifications and married it to my entry tool of choice, (not available through this retailer)

    Awesome tool

The pro bars are great. My dept. uses junk 3 piece hooligans, and we have been trying to get them to order the pro bars. They are similar in price, but are designed to do the task at hand. Slim forks, and the curve in the ads makes wrapping the door less of a head ache. I had the pleasure of using the pro bar at the Metro Atlanta FIrefighter Conference, in the forcible entry class put on by East Coast Rescue Solutions, as well as in the Iron FF Challenge at MAFFC. If I ever make the call on what halligan to order, it will be a Pro Bar.

Bob the fire store and I have both called you several times. Each call from the both of us you were short with us and didn't care. . One of my conversations with you was you had stated that the tool was reforged and the spike was made longer, and for me to cut the spike and reshape it. When you spend over $200.00 on a brand new tool and I have to modify it. I don't think so. Im not saying your bars are junk just your new ones. The Fire store shipped it back to you and nothing was done about it on your side after 2 months. The fire store took care of it for my dept. by replacing it with another brand (leather head tools) see attached picture.
