The Quad Tactical MPLS (Modular Personal Lighting System) uses four 60-lumen UltraBright LEDs to emit smooth beams of white light that are ideal for close to mid-range tasks. These focused wide beams simulate normal daylight conditions at close range and allow you to take advantage of your peripheral vision. A sophisticated regulated circuit maintains the initial brightness of the UltraBright LEDs as long as the batteries have sufficient voltage instead of letting the LEDs continuously dim as the batteries are drained. The Quad’s Level 2, IPX7 compliant polymer body provides waterproof integrity down to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. Though primarily designed to function as a headlamp, the Quad Tactical MPLS allows for versatile mounting options on helmets and MOLLE-compatible vests.
